Forging Titans: Designing a Transcultural, Technologically-Integrated Leadership Curriculum for the 21st Century
The Global Imperative for a Transcultural Leadership Model
In the context of escalating sociopolitical divisions, global migration, and technological transformation, the development of a comprehensive leadership curriculum is no longer a luxury reserved for elite institutions — it is a necessity for global governance, business resilience, and social cohesion. Leadership cannot be confined to regional norms or culturally exclusive paradigms; instead, it must draw from the intellectual, spiritual, and organizational heritage of multiple civilizations. As Appadurai (2006) argues in his theory of ethnoscapes, the modern leader must function within fluid transnational environments, where identity and authority are co-constructed across lines of race, religion, and ideology. Thus, a leadership curriculum that integrates Eastern and Western traditions, religious ethics, and sectoral best practices offers a framework capable of preparing leaders to act with both moral clarity and strategic competence.
