By the end of this article, you will:

  • Apply principles on learning
  • Solve problems regarding how to learn
  • Define a habit learning plan
  • Understand the difference in traits and skills between good learners and bad learners

Priciple #1 — Iteration

This one is very obvious, many of you need to know how to properly apply it. Failure results in a lesson, but most people might not get the dopomaine spike when failing, becauase they fail to regulate their emotions to focus more so on the lesson. For example, if someone dies in combat, the platoon leader should not say “Someone died today when reflecting on his day”, instead say “I learnt how might I avoid [this event I could not control] next time so he/she and his/her family does not have deal with the pain and agony of loss”.

Principle #2: Learning how to control the siutations without control is a valuable skill.

Examples of how-to guides that are conherant with this principle:

How to deal with toxic teammates?

How to recruit and retain product designers in this high rate of resignation?

How do I deal with the genetics of my parents and possibly inherit genetic disorders?

How do I counter evil in russia and in ukraine?

How do I deal with a professor who does not know how to teach?

This are all skills that have a uncontrollable element to it, we cannot control the Russian Conflict in Ukraine, or the genetics of our parents but it is a skill to find what we cannot control and achieve despite it.

Principle #3: Make an entire flowchart of the sequence and your end learning goal and look at those who succeeded at the level you want, but also those who failed to get to the level you want?

NBA Hall of Famer — 1%

NBA ALL DECADE — 10%

NBA ALL STAR — 30%

NBA — 40%

College Confrence All American — 50%

College — 60%

Highly SCOUTED IN HIGH SCHOOL — 65%

HIGH SCHOOL — 70%

NEVER MADE HIGH SCHOOL VARSITY- 100%

  • These are not accurate at all, but they are a example of a funnel, if one…
