Look at values that other companies have set in place that will guide your intended results.
For example, if you want to start a billion dollar company, look at the values that led billion dollar companies to where they are now.
Don’t compromise anything.
Sometimes comprising your values in a decision can lead to a company not succeeding.
Post them on your website to keep you accountable.
Big companies do this so they will not compromise their values.
